A new year
My school year starts on August 7, so I have one week to go. I can't say I'm looking forward to this year. I'll be teaching another year of a subject that I hate. However, it was easier than trying to find a new school during this incredibly hectic summer I had. So I'll grin and bear it for another year. The good thing about teaching a subject that you aren't all that familiar with is it really helps to improve your teaching skills and knowledge base.My school got a new vice principal towards the end of the school year, and half of the staff left over the summer. That also doesn't make me want to go back. I didn't have much interaction with her, so I don't know her that well, however they say she is horrible. We'll see. I don't want to prejudge the poor woman. She came halfway through the second semester and my school isn't exactly user friendly.
